Refund Policy

  • The balance minus any bonus or discount will be refunded in full by cheque if the request for the same is received before the expiry of the currently applicable validity period.
  • The refund cheque will bear the name as registered with us. It is the responsibility of the individual/partner to ensure that the name and address registered with us are correct and complete.
  • If couriered, the cheque will be sent only to the registered address. Courier charges will be deducted based on actuals from the refund amount.
  • All refund requests should be sent to from the registered email address of the individual/partner.
  • The refund will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the request.
